Story Plant achieve Gold standard

Story Plant Limited is delighted to announce that it has successfully gained Gold on Network Rail’s Route to Gold scheme.

This is a great achievement which acknowledges the hard work and commitment of the Story Plant team, with the award recognising the efforts of every colleague involved in the delivery of services across the UK.

The Route to Gold initiative rewards Plant suppliers for their service of providing reliable plant on the Network Rail managed infrastructure, as well as sharing best practice with the industry, engaging in root cause analysis, and showing an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.

James Helm, Project Manager Plant Reliability, Network Rail said: “I am delighted to announce Story Plant have achieved Gold status again in the Network Rail Plant Reliability Programme of ‘Route to Gold’.

“Over the last year the team have continued to both invest in new plant and facilities, and develop their in-house upgrade capability and skilled workforce. This has delivered the continuous reliability improvements as captured in the Network Rail Plant Performance System.  Well done to all the team for your efforts.”

Adrian Hart, Story Plant Managing Director added: “Returning to Gold status is important and demonstrates our intentions as a company; retaining Gold status is our ultimate aim. I’m particularly proud of the way our teams consistently operate with transparency and integrity with regards to reliability and root cause analysis, allowing Story Plant to offer a first-class service to our clients throughout the UK.”
