Story Plant Limited is delighted to announce that it has successfully achieved Gold on the Network Rail Route to Gold scheme.
This recognition reflects the outstanding dedication and hard work of the entire Story Plant entire team in each of our depots. While machine reliability is a key component of the scheme, this achievement goes beyond that and is a testament to the collective efforts of everyone involved the delivery of our services for clients across the UK, from our workshop and planning teams to transport and on-site delivery.
As part of our commitment to ‘do it right’, we are committed to the open and transparent use of RailPPS, developing robust Joint Performance Improvement Plans, conducting root cause analysis to prevent repeat failures and sharing best practice to help improve performance and reduce issues across the industry.
